CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION / RESIDENCE
Booking is valid from the moment you receive confirmation from the hotel. The reservation is maintained until 18:00, possibility of late arrival after telephone contact.

Cancellations of reservations, without incurring the costs of the first day, may be made one day before the planned arrival to the hotel, and during exhibition periods – the date set individually.

Children up to 3 years of age stay in their parents’ room free of charge.

Room rate includes VAT and parking.

The room rate includes breakfast.

REPLACING AND REMOVING
Check-in in rooms takes place from 14.00. If you arrive earlier and the room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. Check-out from rooms takes place until 12.00. In case of delay in your departure, please inform the reception staff. We will do our best to help you.

ANIMAL POLICY:
We accept pets (only dogs)
Animals can not be left alone in the hotel room
Fee for an animal – PLN 50 / night

PAYMENT POLICY:
General payment rules:
You can pay in advance using a credit card or settle the payment at the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Policy regarding payment for the service in advance:
Upfront payment: customers agree to pay the entire booking price at the time of booking, but the fee is non-refundable!

THE POLICY CONCERNING RESIGNATION:
General rules regarding resignation:
We only accept cancellations made in advance
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel, but this rule may change depending on the confirmation
In the event of cancellation at a later date or NON-CONSUMPTION at the hotel, a fee will be charged for one night
In the event of NON DISCOUNTS at the hotel, rooms will be available until 6:00 in the morning of the day following the planned date of arrival

Policy regarding cancellation of registration made in advance:
We do not accept any changes
The amount paid in advance is not refundable
No refunds in case of cancellation or failure to report in the hotel on the day of booking. The amounts paid can not be exchanged for other stays or services

SMOKING POLICY:
A smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in the whole property and at least 2 meters from the hotel entrance. Persons who violate these rules will have adequate financial, civil and criminal liability.
